Christina Dufour is an experienced yoga instructor and level three meditation teacher who brings mindfulness and Buddhist meditation techniques to workplaces, schools, and sports teams in the Tri-State area through classes, workshops, retreats, and one-on-one instruction. She has partnered with organizations such as Prana, KIND, and The Golf Performance Center. She currently teaches yoga classes and leads teacher trainings at the Sama Yoga Center in New Canaan, Connecticut.
