The most efficient way to get started on your meditation practice
Before muse, I had tried guided meditation through apps such as Calm and Headspace, but I found that I was always wasting time being distracted in my thoughts and not realising it until half way through the meditation.

Have bought it twice!
I lost my first muse somehow. I loved it so much I bought it again. I am thinking about buying it a 3rd time too as my husband travels and really wants to use it on his work trips. We also compete with each other for number of birds! Yes, competitive meditation, but it works!

Take Muse on Vacation
I love Muse. It has turned around my meditation practice completely around. On sleepless nights I have found far more beneficial to get up and meditate with Muse than toss and turn in bed. I usually start my day with a guided meditation followed by a ambient meditation.
This Summer I took Muse on vacation with me. It was very helpful after a hurried crazy day or sleepless night. I highly recommend it.
Muse has really helped me find a restful zone when I need it with or without the headband.

Bottom Line: I have my life back
I found Muse and started using their Muse S headband just about one year ago. Once I got up and running, I have used Muse every day - Every.Single.
Day - and it has made a tremendous difference in my life (there is the occasional miss, I am human, but they are few and very far between). Even though I have practiced meditation for years, the addition of real-time biofeedback from the headband and accompanying app immediately helped me make giant improvements.
Before Muse, I was debilitated by panic attacks, sometimes as often as two times in a single week (I’m not talking baby attacks where I might get a little nervous about something – I’m talking full-on, fingernails in the ceiling, panic attacks).After Muse, I can’t tell you the last time I had a major attack, and in the course of the last year, I’ve only had a couple of “preliminary” instances that never were able to bloom into full-on attacks.
Bottom line: I have my life back.

I absolutely love my Muse. Accidentally washed and ruined the first one and there was no question as to whether I would replace it or not. I’ve learned how to quiet my mind and for an anxious person this was not something I would have learned to do on my own. I never bought into the benefits of meditation before because I didn’t know how to do it. Highly recommend!
