Even on my worst nights using muse helped me relax much faster than normal. The headband form factor was especially welcome as my best opportunity to meditate is just as I am falling asleep this form factor allowed me a 10-20 minute session at the end of each day increasing the amount of meditation I could complete per week significantly.
