How to join: 

  1. Download the Muse app and create an account. If you already have an account, make sure you update to the latest version of the app.
  2. Sign up for the challenge by September 20th.
  3. Once you’ve signed up, you’ll receive an email confirmation with instructions on how to access the Challenge Collection starting on September 21st.

The Challenge:

Complete 1 meditation a day for 7 consecutive days from the 14 Challenge guided meditations. (Don’t worry if you miss a day – we’ll let it slide.)

The Challenge Collection will be available starting September 21st at 9 AM EST until September 27th at 11:59 PM EST under Featured Collections in the Guided Meditation section of the Muse app.
