As the New Year starts we’ve created a new challenge to help you live your best year yet. 

This month’s challenge will provide 14 meditations to help you kick start the year with gratitude, happiness and joy.

How to join: 

  1. Download the Muse app and create an account. If you already have an account, make sure you update to the latest version of the app.
  2. Sign up for the challenge by January 17th.
  3. Once you’ve signed up, you’ll receive an email confirmation with instructions on how to access the Challenge collection starting on January 18th.

The Challenge:

Complete 1 meditation a day for 7 consecutive days from the 14 Challenge guided meditations. (Don’t worry if you miss a day – we’ll let it slide.)

The New Year, New You Challenge Meditations will be available starting January 18th at 9 am EST until January 24th at 11:59 pm EST under Collections in the Guided Meditation section of the Muse app.
