This month’s challenge is focused on learning to cultivate a Zen mindset to help you move away from resistance and tension, and be able to lean back and go with the flow.

By practicing daily meditation we learn to let go of the need to control and get to a place of ease more frequently, resulting in feeling calmer by the end of the day versus frazzled.

Join the Zen Challenge and find 14 meditations that can help you move into a place of ease, peace, and openness.

How to join: 

  1. Download the Muse app and create an account. If you already have an account, make sure you update to the latest version of the app.
  2. Sign up for the challenge by September 20th.
  3. Once you’ve signed up, you’ll receive an email confirmation with instructions on how to access the Challenge collection starting on September 21st.

The Challenge:

Complete 1 meditation a day for 7 consecutive days from the 14 Challenge guided meditations. (Don’t worry if you miss a day – we’ll let it slide.)

The Zen Challenge Meditations will be available starting September 21st at 9 am EST under Collections in the Guided Meditation section and runs until September 27th at 9 am EST.
