7-day Find Your Joy Challenge

The ability to feel joy is something we’re all born with, but it’s also something we can actively cultivate. Taking moments to be mindfully present in our everyday activities or interactions can spark wonder and delight, and even help us open our hearts to new experiences.

This month, we are focusing on finding joy and opening our capacity for appreciation, and happiness.

Join the free 7-day Find Your Joy Challenge and choose from 14 guided meditations that will help you feel a renewed sense of joy and happiness.

What you’ll get:

  • A Challenge Badge when you listen to 1 meditation each day during the 7-day Challenge

How to join: 

  1. Download the Muse app and create an account. If you already have an account, make sure you update to the latest version of the app.
  2. Sign up for the challenge by August 11th.
  3. Once you’ve signed up, you’ll receive an email confirmation with instructions on how to access the Challenge collection starting on August 12th.

The Challenge:

Complete 1 meditation a day for 7 consecutive days from the 14 Challenge guided meditations. (Don’t worry if you miss a day – we’ll let it slide.)

The Find Your Joy Challenge Meditations will be available starting August 12th at 9 am EST under Collections in the Guided Meditation section. The Find Your Joy Challenge runs from August 12th at 9 am EST – August 18th at 11:59 pm EST.
