This month, we’re tuning in to the present moment to help us feel closer in our relationships, connected to our best work, and clear on what matters most.

Join the free 7-day Mindfulness 101 Challenge and choose from 14 guided meditations that can help you feel more focus, clarity, and happiness moment to moment. 

What you’ll get:

How to join: 

  1. Download the Muse app and create an account. If you already have an account, make sure you update to the latest version of the app. 
  2. Sign up for the Challenge below with your name and Muse account email address.
  3. Complete 1 meditation a day for 7 consecutive days from the 14 Challenge guided meditations. (Don’t worry if you miss a day—we’ll let it slide.)

The Mindfulness 101 Challenge Meditations will be available starting January 20 at 9 am EST under Collections in the Guided Meditation section. The Mindfulness 101 Challenge runs from January 20 at 9 am EST thru January 26 at 11:59 pm EST.
