Sometimes meditation seems like another task in the day, but it actually helps settle your mind, allows you to release tension, and manage your stress.
This month, our Challenge is focused on how to stress less and provides access to 14 meditations to bring calm to your everyday world.
Join the Muse community in the Stress Less Challenge from October 22nd to October 28th!

How to join:
- Download the Muse app and create an account. If you already have an account, make sure you update to the latest version of the app.
- Sign up for the challenge by October 21st.
- Once you’ve signed up, you’ll receive an email confirmation with instructions on how to access the Challenge collection starting on October 22nd.
Complete 1 meditation a day for 7 consecutive days from the 14 Challenge guided meditations. (Don’t worry if you miss a day – we’ll let it slide.)
The Stress Less Challenge Meditations will be available starting October 22nd at 9 am EST until October 28th at 11:59 pm EST under Collections in the Guided Meditation section of the Muse app.
