How to join:
- Download the Muse app and create an account. (If you already have an account, make sure you update to the latest version of the app.)
- Sign up for the Challenge below with your name and Muse account email address.
- Once you’ve signed up, you’ll receive an email confirmation with instructions on how to access the Challenge meditations.
Complete 1 meditation a day for 7 consecutive days from the 14 Challenge guided meditations. (Don’t worry if you miss a day—we’ll let it slide.)
The 7-day Calm Challenge Meditations will be available starting October 6 at 9 am EST and runs from October 6 at 9 am EST – October 12 at 11:59 pm EST.
