Whether you’re just starting with Muse and want help getting up and running, or have been using Muse for thousands of sessions, Muse coaching is designed to help you deepen your practice, achieve your goals faster, and help you enjoy the benefits of meditation in your life.
We cover topics that you are interested in, such as:
✓ Getting clear on your motivation for meditating
✓ Identifying the benefits of meditation that resonate with you
✓ Answering your questions about Muse and how it fits with a meditation practice
✓ Getting you up and running with the device, or overcoming any device hurdles
✓ Interpreting data and results from your Muse session
✓ How you can integrate meditation practice into your schedule to maximize its benefits
✓ Answering questions about Muse meditation practice as it comes up for you.
Our introductory price for this service is $50 USD plus applicable taxes for each 30 minute session.
Laura is a part of Muse’s Wellness team devoted to working with individuals interested in learning how to meditate and cultivate healthy lifestyles.
Laura is trained in Humanistic Studies at McGill University with a specialization in the psychology of healing through the lens of East Asian Religion. Upon graduating she spent a year studying meditation techniques in India and Nepal from multiple lineages while completing her yoga teacher training. She is currently completing her Masters in Clinical Psychology with a concentration in Mind, Body, Spirituality at Columbia University.
